This would be 1636% ability strength, so vitality mote would give +4908 maximum health and 490.8 health regen per second. Then while staying in range of the link, proc a status on an enemy and get a headshot kill with the catchmoon, then set down reservoir. Throw down Nidus specter and wait for Parasitic Link (have to be within 30m of the specter and then stay within 40m while Link is active). Now for the part that will be a bit difficult to do. Get buff on frame from collecting 10 reactant. Cast empower, go mercy kill enemy, find energy orb. Enter axi/requiem fissure for good duration fissure buff.
